Our ecological innovation project takes shape in 2018. We then aim to transform our immediate environment with the means at hand. However, we realize that many competitors are developing practical waste recycling and processing solutions.

Therefore, we redefine the issue of environmental protection. Thus was born the Innov’Ecolo project. Our basic objective is indeed to find a waste collection solution, ensuring sorting and treatment. But, in view of the mentalities of our compatriots, we are reorienting the project towards fundraising.

Indeed, the “Innov’Ecolo” project is centered on the digitization of household waste collection systems. Because this project aims to “cleanse” the mentalities of city dwellers, subject to a feeling of indifference and irresponsibility. We want to participate in the construction of a sustainable living environment for which everyone would be responsible. Our cities are the mirror of our mentalities. Innov'Ecolo is therefore an awareness, an awareness-raising action and the symbol of collective social responsibility.

Take the case of Douala, the economic capital of Cameroon. We love this coastal city because it is cosmopolitan and welcoming. On the other hand, it is a dirty city, with a climate whose temperatures are now around 42°C, sometimes. To enjoy it, you have to frequent chic circles, clean neighborhoods and certain institutions. But what about the rest, what puts us off, and worries us? How to circumvent the garbage, the mosquito, the flood, the incivility? for each problem identified, there is an innovative solution that can be improved.

Thanks to our eponymous application, we are committed first and foremost to educating people about protecting the environment. Then, making them aware of civic responsibility vis-à-vis the environment is an asset. Just as succeeding in integrating the issue of “sustainable city” in the minds of citizens is a fine aim.
