The strength of the African woman, whether from the professional world or from forgotten communities, lies in her commitment to change her immediate environment. When she already occupies the stage with her knowledge, her experiences and synergies for a confirmed outbreak, she tells the world and transforms it. It is a controlled audacity and a will expressed in many ways, which offers a collective vision of the change in the social paradigms of fulfilment.

Our commitment to women from diverse backgrounds is an integrative vision with sub-regional resonance that informs about the role of "Change Makers" that we are, in terms of strengthening human capital. Since the first edition of our "Fascinating Womanhood" program, we have persuaded several actors to join this dynamic of transforming women through Women's Leadership. To date, we are working on developing the entrepreneurial skills of those who have joined the project.
